The Spinal Rehabilitation Program at Crystal Lake routinely treats patients with varying back and spinal ailments. With the vast expertise and clinical knowledge of our therapists, Crystal Lake prides itself in successfully treating patients suffering from conditions including spinal stenosis, compression fractures, spinal decompression/laminectomies, discectomies, and spinal fusions.

Our comprehensive treatment plans are individually geared towards each patient and are designed to alleviate pain, prevent disability, and restore function following injury or illness. Under the guidance of our own physiatrist, Crystal Lake provides an extensive rehabilitation program that includes therapeutic exercise, transfer training, gait training, ADL training, balance drills, along with pain management techniques and modalities. Furthermore, we are the only facility in the area with the ability to care for residents who require a higher level of care than skilled nursing.
